SMS & Customer Care Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026. Applies to this separate AV Design and Build Inc request and SMS-consent site.
Who we are
AV Design and Build Inc operates this site for its own appointment and customer-care communications. Contact us at sales@avdesignandbuilds.com or +1 347-453-9768; 6677 Santa Monica Blvd, Apt 3701, Los Angeles, CA 90038, United States.
Information we collect
When online submissions are enabled, we collect the name, email address and/or phone number, request details, and SMS preference that you submit. We keep the date and time, source page, exact SMS disclosure and version, and a unique request reference as evidence of your choice. We also keep a privacy-protecting representation of the IP address and browser information to prevent abuse. Once messaging is active, we may keep message, delivery, reply and opt-out records. Please do not submit payment-card details, government identifiers, passwords or sensitive personal information.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to your request, coordinate appointment and customer-care communications, respect your contact preferences, record consent and opt-outs, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Submitting a phone number does not itself enroll you in SMS. This program does not include unrelated promotions or third-party lead marketing.
Mobile information and consent are not shared for marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent applies only to AV Design and Build Inc and is not transferred to another business. Service providers that host this site, securely store records or deliver communications may process the minimum data needed to act on our behalf. We may disclose information when legally required. These limited operational and legal disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing.
Service providers and tracking
This site is hosted on Vercel. If online submissions are enabled, records are stored in a private Vercel storage service accessible to authorized personnel. Twilio will support messaging when the SMS program is activated. This site does not include advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site marketing analytics. Ordinary security and technical hosting logs may be processed by our hosting providers.
SMS choices
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Once SMS is active, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent by emailing sales@avdesignandbuilds.com or calling +1 347-453-9768. Opting out of texts does not cancel a service request. Contact us by phone or email if you prefer.
Retention and security
We retain request, consent and suppression records as reasonably needed to respond to requests, honor communication choices, document consent, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. Records are kept in private storage; public site visitors cannot browse them. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about this notice. We may need to verify your request and retain limited records necessary to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations. Additional rights may apply depending on your location.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the effective date. We will obtain new consent where a changed messaging purpose requires it.
