SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective October 16, 2026. Program: AV Design and Build Inc — Appointments & Customer Care.
About this program
This program provides appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, service/project updates and responses to customer-care questions concerning your own request to AV Design and Build Inc. It does not include unrelated promotional offers, third-party lead marketing or messages on behalf of another company. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
Your choice to join
When online submissions are enabled, choose the separate optional SMS checkbox and submit the form with your mobile number to record your consent. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Providing your number without selecting that box does not enroll you. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may send your request without SMS consent. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number provided.
Program status
The SMS program is being prepared. Recording a preference does not activate delivery; text messages will begin only after the program and sending number are ready. This form does not book an appointment, accept a project or guarantee service availability.
Enrollment confirmation
When messaging begins, the first text will confirm your enrollment and identify AV Design and Build Inc, message frequency, applicable message and data rates, and HELP and STOP instructions. No service or project messages will precede that confirmation.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on your request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier about those charges. AV Design and Build Inc does not charge a separate subscription fee for this customer-care SMS program.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time after messaging is active. We may send one final confirmation. No further program messages will be sent unless you affirmatively opt in again. You may also withdraw consent at sales@avdesignandbuilds.com or +1 347-453-9768. Opting out does not cancel your underlying request.
Get help
Reply HELP when messaging is active, or email sales@avdesignandbuilds.com or call +1 347-453-9768. SMS is not an emergency service. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how we collect, use and protect information and honor your choices. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
